The packets and PDUs represent the data captured during the current capture session. You can just close the capture file without saving if you want to start afresh. You cannot clear all packets or selectively delete packets from an existing capture file.
Unsniff supports multiple simultaneous captures, so you can start a new one without closing any existing windows.
