Hi-

Unbrowse snmp free features are not working after 30 days! When I start the tool, I get a message box prompting me to purchase. I want to continue using the free features only - the MIB browser. Is there anything to be done to enable it to work again ?

Hi Todd -

If you are using R 1.0.1 or prior - please download the new release R1.2.0. This has major enhancements and SNMP trap monitoring features.

You get a new trial period of 30 days and on expiry of the 30-day period - you can continue to use the free features such as the mib browser without any time limit.

Still No luck. I am getting the message box asking me to register. I only want to use the free snmp mib browser. Any other ideas ?

Try restarting your computer after installing the new version. This *should* fix the problem with the expired dialog !

It that does not work, please get back to us with the following information.

Can you confirm the version you are using is R1.2.0.1157 ?
Are you using a VM such Virtual PC ?
