I have installed successfully Unbrowse SNMP for Windows Server 2008 using the special build you sent me via mail. I was able to start the Trap Collector with your solution given in

I don't get errors at the time I launch the Trap Collector. The thing is Trap collector is NOT getting the Notifications.

I am testing the software in the Server with the license (wich doesn't receive the traps) and with the Trial Version in my computer. The trial versión captures the traps with no problems.

Firewall is disabled in our server with Unbrowse SNMP license.

What kind of information I can give you to research this issue?

Can you check the following :

1) Is it listening on the correct network interface ? The adapter name will be shown at the bottom of the screen.

2) You can switch to UDP sockets instead of Winpcap and see if that works. To do that Tools > Customize > Trap Console and select "Normal UDP Socket" from the menu.


Let us know if it still does not work.

Unbrowse SNMP tells me is receiving from "all adapters" at bottom.

Changing setting to Normal UDP Sockets is not fixing the issue. Still not receiving traps.



Anything else I can do?

SNMP Unbrowse working now!

BTW, I was not able to make it work until I rebooted the server. It seems the port was blocked by the previuos version of SNMP Unbrowse.
