If that still does not help try the following

2. Enable logging.
- Go to Tools > Customize > Advanced.
- Go to the Trap Console group
- Check the "Enable detailed logging" option
- Restart Unbrowse
- Send some traps & then view / send me the log file.
- The log file is located in %APPDATA%UNleashNetworksUnbrowse SNMPLog - there is a file for each time the trap console is started - we need the most recent file.

I have installed the special, the system has been running for 3 days without trapping anymore.

The reason I am looking is the patch that I downloaded in March to work around the licensing issue is now TRAPPING and I cannot use the program.
Your team gave me
setup_unbrowse_R_1_6_0_Special_W7_1307
To work around a similar problem, which did work to get me going.
However now out of the blue this load is also trapping.
Maybe a Windows update, I do not know.
But now I am dead in the water, can you fix this please?

If you are using the Windows 7 special build - you do not need to enter the key at this time.
All features will be available up until June at which time you can enter the key.

We are working hard to merge the two lines (Win 7 64-bit vs Others). We have been
forced to split the platforms because of the 3rd party licensing (key) package we are using.
This package does not work on Win7 64-bit and Win 2008 Server 64-bit. We are going to use
a different package which removes the problem.

I am expecting the merge to happen in the next 2-3 weeks. At that time you can download the
consolidated version and enter your key.
