When doing:

root@ub-64b:/home/user# dpkg -i trisul_2.0.926_amd64.deb

I get:

And it hangs there forever.

It appears that the locale message is just a warning.

1) Can you type

trisul --version

Trisul may have been installed.

2) If it still isnt, can you see if you can find the following file

/usr/local/var/log/trisul/ns-001.log

If you can, can you post the last few lines of the file. We can find out the error.

In any case I am making a new debian package (DEB) that is more resilient to this. I will have it out tomorrow.

vivek [unleash] OFFLINE Karma: 3	Hi, Can you try the new build #928 from the Trisul downloads page ? You have to wait for about 30s or so while the data storage is being setup. I added more messages as the DEB installs. Let me know how it goes. Thanks,

elhoim OFFLINE Karma: 0	Just a note on the install, i did dpkg -i after sudo -i and it created /usr/local/share/trisul and all files under that with owner as root:root which is not really recommended security-wise.
	The administrator has disabled public write access.
