Hi

Having a problem with the reports Schedule,
reports run OK if I do them from Quick, but
Schedule does not send them by email, have
checked the email setting test email works
with no problem?

Have you enabled Automatically email scheduled reports
in webtrisul options?

If not, please navigate to

Customize > Advanced > Options

Hi,

It looks like you scheduled a daily report. This runs only once per day. By default the run time is 12:00 AM midnight at the timezone of the machine running Trisul.

You can :

1. Check back tomorrow if the report was generated.

2. Schedule a new hourly report and check back in an hour. This runs at the top of the hour.


3. Change the run time from midnight to about 30 mins from now so you can see it run.
