I installed Trisul and everything seems to be okay, but real time alerts doesnt quite work. The lists at he bottom show grouped and individual alerts correctly. The totals and the chart show zero alerts when refreshed. After loading, the view works correctly for new alerts. Does that make sense ? Can anyone help ?

You probably have the Alert Signature / Alert Classification / Alert Priority counter groups disabled. Can you re-enable them via Customize > Counters ? Once you do that and restart Trisul, the real time alerts should work as expected.
