TOPIC: Home Networks only recognizes first one listed

Home Networks only recognizes first one listed 10 years 7 months ago #3510

Version 3.6.1104, 3.6.1555 / No plugins

From my Web GUI:

Home Networks List
Family Network Number Subnet Mask Action
IPv4 172.16.0.0 255.240.0.0

Edit
Delete

IPv4 192.168.0.0 255.255.0.0

Edit

IPv4 208.95.188.0 255.255.252.0

Edit
Delete

IPv4 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0

But it seems to think ONLY 17.16.0.0/12 is home network, it still show 10. as external hosts.

Is there a config FILE I can look at? or instructions on how to access DB?

Thank you

1. Did you restart Trisul after changing the home network ?

2. If that still doesn't work, can you try removing one of the unused ones ? Say 172.16/ or 192.168/ to keep total number of home networks to 3 or less. Let me get back to you in a bit, there was a known issue with having > 3 home networks. Need to check with the devs.

Are you using the 172.16 space or 192.168 space ? Can you remove the one you aren't using temporarily and restart ?

Keep the networks to 3 or less. Let me get back to you in a bit. There may be a known issue in 3.6 builds.

Hi,

Confirmed this to be a bug in 3.6. It appears you can only have max 3 home networks. This is kind of ridiculous so we will have a new build first thing tomorrow. Until then, just remove one of the private spaces you aren't using and restart.

I will update this post when the build is ready for download.

Thanks for the report.

Hi,

New builds are available now that fixes this issue. There is also a nifty near real time alert counter on the top right.

Kindly upgrade.

Thanks,
