I am interested in viewing number of active connections per host.
Somehow I am not able to view it correctly, am I doing this right?

From Retro Tools, selecting Counter Group Toppers and Host and Active Conns.

But the charts are looking strange with negative values.

Everything else is workign great for now.

It does look strange but the way this works is this.

In any time interval, if a flow is setup - we increment a counter.
When a flow is terminated or expired - we decrement the counter.

So in a given time interval if there are more teardowns than setups, we will see -ve numbers in the active connections.

In the chart you posted, the negative numbers are due to the DNS server at 8.8.4.4 - but it does seem a bit off. Let me check on this and get back to you.
