danafung	OS: win2000 srv pack 4 UnBrowse installed ok (no error message) Run UnBrowse, shows a dialog box listing: "Error initializing subsystem Check if Unbrowse SNMP is correctly installed on this computer Error Code: COM Error: [2147746132] Class not registered" Was login as Administrator and had full access rights in %APPDATA% directory Any idea? thanx in advance

Unleash Staff Not Logged In	Hello, Can you try registering by hand ? cd Program Files\Unleash Networks\UnbrowseBIN REGSVR32 /s AtMib2.dll REGSVR32 /s AtRep2.dll REGSVR32 /s BBCfgMgr.dll REGSVR32 /s BBTMgr3.dll ATSNW3.EXE /RegServer ATSNNOVO.EXE /RegServer Unfortunately we dont have a W2K box around anymore. But it is known to work. Try the above method and let us know. Thanks, Vivek

Reg. is ok for the following lines:

C:\Program Files\Unleash Networks\Unbrowse SNMP>cd BIN

C:\Program Files\Unleash Networks\Unbrowse SNMP\BIN>REGSVR32 /s AtMib2.dll

C:\Program Files\Unleash Networks\Unbrowse SNMP\BIN>REGSVR32 /s AtRep2.dll

C:\Program Files\Unleash Networks\Unbrowse SNMP\BIN>REGSVR32 /s BBCfgMgr.dll

C:\Program Files\Unleash Networks\Unbrowse SNMP\BIN>REGSVR32 /s BBTMgr3.dll

When it gets to "ATSNW3.EXE /RegServer", OS shows me a dialog box with the following message:
"The procedure entry point RemoveVectoredExceptionHandler could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll"

The administrator has disabled public write access.

danafung	"ATSNNOVO.EXE /RegServer" does not throw up en error message either. Only "ATSNW3.EXE /RegServer" generates an error message
