First, overwrite the old vocore2.dll with the new one downloaded from link: www.unleashnetworks.com/lib/private/vocore2.dll
All the registration steps were successful, but I get a new error message (details logged below)
Unbrowse does not start on the W2K box. I could not see the main UI before or after updatding the dll

I tried registering the single component that failed before, as well as re-registering all of them. Same error message - see below

1. successful registration:

I am afraid I get the same access violation message as before. Details below. I also attach the screen grab of the dir structure in applicationData created by unBrowse.


1. Uninstalled UnBrowse
2. delete folder "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Unleash Networks\Unbrowse"
(note: the folder name is not "Unbrowse SNMP" as the FAQ stated)
3. with the 'complete' option, re-install setup_unbrowse_R_1_6_0_1304.msi
4. replace vocore2.dll
5. Register each component successfully:
REGSVR32 /s AtMib2.dll
REGSVR32 /s AtRep2.dll
REGSVR32 /s BBCfgMgr.dll
REGSVR32 /s BBTMgr3.dll

7. Change folder name from "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Unleash Networks\Unbrowse" to "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Unleash Networks\Unbrowse SNMP"
8. Start Unbrowse again. "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Unleash Networks\Unbrowse" was created
9. Start Unbrowse - same "Access violation at 0x19CBA911 (tried to write to 0x19D90014), program terminated" message

Yes, the splash screen was shown when starting version 1.6.0.1304.
Tried 1.6.0.w7.1304, a different error message pops up after the splash screen. Details below:
